“As a celebration dedicated to awakening our human potential, Envision provides a platform for different cultures to co-exist in sustainable community, as well as a forum in which to create and explore new paradigms by inspiring one another through art, spirituality, yoga, music, dance, performance, education, sustainability and our fundamental connection with nature.

Envision offers an opportunity for people to come together in community to share, dance, play, celebrate, love, learn, teach, co-create, co-inspire and together transform our individual and collective consciousness. We hope that Envision changes people, and that they leave with a desire to continue to grow and evolve in their relations with one another and with the world.”

My photos from similar festivals:

Flying over Guatemala on the way to Costa Rica.

There was a short path that led through the jungle towards the beach.

A sign on the way to the beach… Two things hippies don’t like: Clothes and Rules.

The tide seemed to go out forever and the water seemed to be only slightly cooler than the extreme hot humid air.

Everyday at sunset everyone would gather at the beach to play music, dance and swim.

Beautifully caught glimpses into the souls of fellow humans in what appears to have been a mellow and rewarding venture to Costa Rica. Memories of the 70’s kept creeping into my mind, sans the tats.
