Tofino Surf Trip

We took a roughly 2 hour ferry crossing to Vancouver Island from Vancouver.

We stopped along the way at a protected Douglas Fir old growth forest called Cathedral Grove.

It was another 2.5 hour drive to the amazing surf house we were staying at that was right on Chesterman Beach.

Low tide on Chesterman Beach went out for 100's of meters.

Stopping at the Tofino Brewery at the end of the day.
