Trailhead Directions

From Calgary head West on the Trans-Canada and then turn left at Highway 40. The trail head is about 35 min down the highway on the north side of Ripple Creek, this is the first creek you come across after passing the Grizzly Creek turnoff.

Grizzly Peak is still one of my favorite scrambles, I can’t remember how many times I’ve done it now but it’s amazing every time.

    Wow, already snowing, 900 meters up and down in five hours is impressive. As always wonderful pictures! I did see Peter Lougheed Park this summer but from much lower ground, greetings from SWEDEN!
